We highly recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist.
Confirmation: You will receive a text or email confirmation 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals: Please aim to arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service based on the remaining time.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service charge.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. We now also accept Afterpay and Zip pay. Gratuities are at your discretion and can be added to card payments or given in cash directly to your stylist.

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
Due to limited space and to maintain a calm environment, we kindly ask that only those receiving services accompany you to your appointment.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll be happy to offer an adjustment with the same stylist. Refunds are not offered for services, but we are committed to making things right.
If you’re feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. We maintain high sanitation standards and appreciate your help in keeping our space healthy and welcoming for everyone.
All prices are subject to change based on hair length, density, and the complexity of the service. Your stylist will provide a personalized quote during your consultation.
