Salon Policies


Your appointments are very important to The Peppermint Coast Team,  it is reserved especially for you. We understand that at times schedule adjustments are necessary,  therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. 


If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment, you may need to reschedule your appointment to allow for accommodation of other guests appointments that follow yours.


Guests who forget or consciously choose to forgo their appointment will be charged the full amount of their missed service at their next scheduled appointment.


NB  3 missed appointments will result in a 50% deposit to be made on future appointments at the time the booking is made.


In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact our team on 040 111 8151 or alternatively email us at where we will be happy to discuss any issues of concern so that we can rectify the problem.


All and any personal client details taken in the salon are to be used only in respect to record dates, times, services,  products used and future appointments.
Any future marketing will only be sent to those agreeable to receive promotional material which has been stipulated on clients record cards by the clients themselves.
Information is also taken to assist us to determine our target demographic and to provide those the best way we possibly can as a business and out to our community.
