Appointments are reserved especially for you. Therefore we respectfully request 24 hrs notice regarding rescheduling of/or cancellation of your appointment.
We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the service if appointments are missed without notice.
lf you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to another day/time so that your and/or other guests appointments are not compromised.
Guests who forget their appointment, or consciously choose to forgo their appointment after confirming their attendance will be required to pay the full cost of the services requested.
We allocate experienced staff to look after you, when you don’t show, we are left unable to fill your space at such short notice.
Online bookings will require a 25% booking fee to hold your space. The remainder of your service will be finalised at the end of your appointment.
NB Any guests who have repeatedly missed appointments will be required to make a 50% deposit at the time the booking is made.
