Salon Policies

CANCELLATIONS
Appointments are reserved especially for you. Therefore we respectfully request 24 hrs notice regarding rescheduling of/or cancellation of your appointment.
We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the service if appointments are missed without notice.

LATE ARRIVALS
lf you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to another day/time so that your and/or other guests appointments are not compromised.

NO SHOWS
Guests who forget their appointment, or consciously choose to forgo their appointment after confirming their attendance will be required to pay the full cost of the services requested.
We allocate experienced staff to look after you, when you don’t show, we are left unable to fill your space at such short notice.

DEPOSITS
Online bookings will require a 25% booking fee to hold your space. The remainder of your service will be finalised at the end of your appointment.
NB Any guests who have repeatedly missed appointments will be required to make a 50% deposit at the time the booking is made.

We take particular care during your consultation to clarify exactly what your expectations are and what we can and cannot achieve in regards to the end result.
Hair goals can take time to achieve, which means it may take multiple sessions to reach your desired result.
Our priority is maintaining the integrity of your hair, while using high quality products along with experienced stylists who will partner you in your salon journey.
We are a one on one boutique salon that prides itself on a bespoke experience.

PRIVACY
All guests details are treated with the utmost care and consideration.
We only use this data in respect to appointments made, record keeping of service history and ascertaining what our target demographic is for the purpose of future marketing campaigns.

Stacey is such a talented colourist! I really appreciate her expertise and advice, particularly on greying hair, swimming pool protection, highlights, and general hair conditioning products. She is also the best haircutter I’ve ever had, and very good with curly hair. Everything about my visits is enjoyable from the conversation to the cups of tea. Peppermint Coast is a little gem in the heart of Brighton. I've walked out of this salon happy every single time and I can't rate Stacey enough. She listens to you and it's evident she has had years of experience. It's pretty rare to find such an experienced hairdresser in a suburbian salon but Stacey is the real deal and so easy to communicate with. Such a lovely relaxed vibe at the salon too. You won't be disappointed.
